Defective Questions Discarded

How likely would it be for them to discard #19? It is a question on world play, not actual knowledge.

What about #1? I studied the FM material religiously before the exam and I still don't know what to do with #1. How did they manage to obfuscate something so potentially simple into something confusing?

Are the chances big or small for them to through out these two questions?

Very small. I can't see them doing anything to the exam with the possible exception of throwing out #5. There is no way the SOA is gonna throw out 3 questions. Mistakes are bound to happen, but this many on multiple tests in one year is troubling!
