Hi to all. Its about 2 more months to the exam period. I passed Paper P last year May and currently am preparing for Paper C this MAY. Completed all course materials and intensive revision should follow.Decided to take Paper C cos I thought it would enhance my chance of getting employed, more than Paper FM. I am in Singapore, job openings are few and all the prospective employers for the field are not willing to employ entry level personnels.I am currentlyvery keen in looking for an entry level position in US. How can I enhance my chance about getting a position in US. Would my age and being non-US be of concern to prospective employers in US?What is the right way to go for people like myself to get employed into actuarial fields, other than keep passing exams?

Don't take C because you think it'll look more impressive to an employer than FM or M - all you're doing is begging them to ask why you didn't take FM or M first and opening yourself up to being second-guessed by the people interviewing you. Take C because you actually understand the material on that exam.
