I am a Chinese Student and I have applied several American Universities this year and have gotten 6 admissions without financial aid.
University of Wisconsin-Madison
UIUC
Boston U
U of Iowa
GSU
FSU

I do not know much about the rank in Actuarial Science. So I'd like to know which one is better to find a good job?

I do not know much about the rank in Actuarial Science. And I think there is no acturate rank in Actuarial Science. Each University has its own best. So I'd like to know which one is better to find a good job except Boston U because it is too expensive!:(

There are also Canadian schools, did you consider them?

In any case, the list of universities is at:
http://www.soa.org/ccm/content/?categoryID=1260076

Clicking on the Graduate - Education and Research link, one can see all
programs that are most advanced at the graduate level at:
http://www.soa.org/ccm/content/exams-education-jobs/academic-relations/actuarial-college-listings/graduate-education-and-research/

Of these schools, the following are located in the United States:

Boston University
University of Central Florida
University of Connecticut
Florida State University
Georgia State University
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign
Illinois State University
University of Iowa
Middle Tennessee State University
Pennsylvania State University
Temple University
University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School
University of Wisconsin-Madison

If you review those, one ranking that you can see is the average number of exam successes in the last three years, per year, for the whole program, and I believe that in this ranking:

1. University of Iowa: 77
2. University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign: 70
3. University of Connecticut and/or Illinois State University: 53

On the other hand, in terms of research visibility, you probably should note University of Pennsylvania/Wharton School and Georgia State University, which are, I believe, ranked No. 1 and No. 2 in research in risk and insurance in the world.

I direct the program at Illinois State University, and if you have questions about our program, please e-mail me. I should warn you that we easily have over 10 applicants for each financial support spot we can offer, although admission itself is less competitive -- so if you can pay your own way, I would hope that we can accept you.

I hope this helps.

Yours sincerely,
Krzys' Ostaszewski
