What's the best manual for Exam C?

Hi I was interested in taking Exam C in November of 06. What do you guys recommend as the best manual to get to study for this. thanks.

I got Mahler's notes, he does a great job of boiling down what you need to know. He'll cover things that should be review but just in case you forget, you've got the details there.

I've never used another manual, but I concur. His manual is complete. You should have no holes after working through it.
