It is 2009 fall edition. Perfect or pretty good condition.

I am located in north NJ and can meet you in NYC to sell. I have the most recent ASM Manual (10th edition), the Kellison 2nd edition, and updated flash cards. With these, I passed the exam on my first attempt. Are you interested in buying?
