Long ago, I was an A student in math and acquired a Bachelors' in the same(3yrs -India). changed my field of study to accounting, (not by choice-was pursuing Msc in Math until univ closed indefintly due to riots). For the past 10 years I have been a fulltime mom. While exploring career choices for myself, I accidently discovered "be an actuary" site. My math is pretty rusty but believe I can clean it,though it will take tons of effort on my part.
I got my grade evaluated too which is 3.68 for math and Physics. But I was not awarded a bachelors'.
Should I even consider sitting for the exams, is it an immpossible goal for someone in my position?
Will I be able to find work after passing first exam?
Should I consider going back to school to do bachelors' first?
I would really appreciate some sincere advice!
