How to prepare for entrance examination?

Hi,

Could you pls. guide me on how to prepare for the entrance examination to become an Actuarial student of the India chapter.

Is the entrance examinations only for the India chapter?

Also, can I start giving exams directly through the Institute of Actuaries, UK?
