Hello,
I am a 27-year-old middle school Math teacher with a BS in Aerospace Engineering (3.7 GPA), and have become very interested in changing to an Actuarial career. In addition to my degree, I have taken graduate courses in Probablility and Statistics.
In much of the reading I have done, it is said that employers require a math or finance degree to be hired. Would my degree be sufficient?
Thanks a lot for your help!
Mark
