The following two manuals are available for sale. Both are at $30 each with shipping included in this price.
1. ASM MLC 6th edition, used but in good condition with no pen/pencil marks and no folded pages.
2. BPP version for Fall 2008 exams, not used, all sample problems and solutions are included.
Personally, I preferred to study with the ASM manual. I used it to pass so it's slightly worn. However, the BPP manual is newer and in better condition.
Price is low since those editions are not recent.
