I have a phone interview with a companie next week, for a Pension Administrator, I been waiting for this for such a long time. I see it as an oppurtunity for me to get in the field. I need general tips tha could help me, and I need some for questions like
How do you deal with people that are hard to work with??
Why do you want to work for us(big company)??
What are your weakness??
What is your biggest achievement??

please help

Thank you in advance

For me what seems to work really well for interviews was buying "The 250 job interview Questions you'll most likely be asked..." by Peter Veruki. I read a good portion of that book and practised answering the questions inside it. I had a phone inerview and a good number of the questions they asked were found in that book in some form or another so I was well prepared. It paid off because I passed the interview but unfortunately the company said they had to pass on me because "another candidate looked better on paper"

Good luck on your interview.

p.s. I bought the book at Borders for like $10
