help! topics on exam M

can someone tell me if for exam M we need to know the following terms?
adjustment coefficient. surplus, ruin. transient states, absorbing states.

No - the latter 4 are on CAS Exam 3 (which was given on October 31).

I don't recall "adjustment coefficient" at all ... which should tell you how important it is even on CAS 3.

I also worry about the ruin model, which is mentioned in SOA Sample #38 and #39. I don't know how much I should know about it.
