Reinsurance, Health care, P&C position

I am a new comer here. Recently, I got some phone interviews from three different sompanies. One from a Reinsurance, one from a Health care, and one from a P&C. I would like to know some feed back about each field such as what do they do, how is the pay, and how is the future ?
