Hi my name is Rhondeen Martin. Since i was 13 yr i wanted to be an actuary but i guess some where along the line i kinda gave up on the idea for some reason. Now i have a Bsc in Mathematics and 1 yr and half later i have decided to take my first actuarial exam which happens to be 4wks from now in May. This decision was impromptu but hey i am giving it my best shot. but to be honest i am afraid but hey, nothing tried nothing gained. I am open for discussion/ dialogue/ advice/motivation from anyone. For everyone studying for exams good luck.

Bye

I hope you succeed. More than half fail the first exam try. Very few actuaries pass all exams on the first sitting.

Average study time for passing is about 100 hours per hour of exam. Study hard. Good Luck!

Hi JMO Fan,

Thanks for your response. I have have heard about people failing, right now i am just going to do my best and see what happen. Right now I am really tired from lack of sleep but hey i guess it will all be over in 2 wks. I see you are at level three. Are you enjoying it?
