I just have a quick question on what you would recommend for a major. I'll be a sophomore in the fall so my options are still open. Here they are: 1. I can major in math, minor in econ get the VEE credits, and take finance classes that count for VEE credits. or 2. Interdisciplinary major (not double major) in math/computer science, minor in econ with the VEE credits, and not take finance classes for VEE.

I know my first choice lets me get two VEE credits out of the way, but i'm considering option two because it gives me that extra computer background. And just in case the job market for actuaries isn't looking so hot in 2013, i might be able to get into another field or be more competitive in this field with that math/comp. sci major. Let me know what you think. Thanks in advance!
