    Final Interview with GEICO

I have an upcoming on-site final interview with GEICO for an entry-level Actuarial Assistant position and was just wondering if anyone else has had this interview and has any tips or input as to what I should expect.

    Thanks in advance.

Sorry I've got no tips or input for your, but I was wondering how many exams you have passed.

Also, what was the timeline between first contacting Geico till now? Just curious as I soon begin my entry level position search.

I've passed 2 exams, but I'm not sure how long it's been since my application. I think I applied around January, though.

No specific experience with GEICO here but I just wanted to say congrats.

In general, at this point in the interview process I believe they already know you are plenty qualified. I wouldn't think that you need to spend too much time trying to pitch yourself in that respect. Try to pitch yourself as someone that would fit in well with the corporate culture, as someone that they would enjoy working with, as someone who is committed to making a valuable contribution to the company.

I am curious. Did you apply over the internet? Also, did you call after 2 or so weeks to follow up on your application?

Thanks. I get the same impression - they have to have some idea already after all the preliminary stuff.

Yeah, I applied online. No follow-up, though. Just kept moving forward with applications and heard back from them one day via E-mail.
