Should an Actuary get a Masters?

I am currently in school still, studying Actuarial Science and hope to one day be a CFO or a similar position. Should I pursue a master's to try to reach this goal or just work and build up through a company? I would want to get experience for a few years at least before going for my master's.

    Thanks!

Say I'm interviewing you, prove to me

    1) that you learned something while getting a Masters in Act. Sci. that you didn't get from a Bachelors in Act. Sci.

    2) that your time wasn't better spent passing an exam or two.

If you want to, go ahead. It could be helpful in a few positions. For most actuaries, it's unnecessary fluff.
I thought this WAS a real job
