    Stats VEE, what kind of math background do you need to complete it?

    what kind of math background do you need to complete it? Is there Calc involved?

    Honestly, you don't need much, for applied statistics... It probably depends on the course, but usually, what you're asked is to interpret results... If you want to understand the theory, then you'll need some knowledge of basic probability laws (Normal, Student, Fischer) and some basic calculus (highschool level, really). If you take a very theoritic course, then you will need to be know your way around matrixes (for the regression part). But apart from that, you really don't need anything above what is required for the P-exam. I would say much less, actually.
