French actuary looking for a situation in NY

    Hi there,

My girlfriend is currently living in New York and I'm looking to relocate to New York. I would really appreciate any comment or advice to assist me in my search.

If you have any helpful advice regarding the below topics, don't hesitate to share the wealth :
    - Which companies (insurance or consulting) could be attracted to my profile ?
    - Do I need something more (training,...) than my french diploma and eleven years of experience ?

    Thanks in advance.
