I am a child care worker in Indiana having graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor's in General Studies. I switched my major to Actuarial Science at the end of my sophomore year, but was too overzealous with my class load and ended up failing miserably in the field. In the years since, I have been trying to figure out a way to keep the hope alive of somehow getting back on track to be an actuary, knowing that the road I now face is either near-impossible to travel or non-existent. I found this site and figured if I had a chance, this would be a place to learn how to seize the opportunity.
