Can anybody out here make a guess as to how long will it take to complete the FAP?.... i mean, complete and pass both its exams?
And when is the most appropriate time to take this module? ... after the 4 prelims?

It is common to take after you have completed the 4 prelim exams. As for length, I'm not sure. I've heard of some people completing the modules in weeks. Then you have to take a test for 1-5 and a project for 6-8 (although the project hasn't been approved by the SOA yet) .
Do we need to have VEE before we start FAP...?Usually after exam P,FM,MFE,MLC,C what is the next...?
