I hope this is the right place to ask about interesting topic for an actuarial project. Would be any site, if ever, which provides ideas for preparing an actuarial project? (Not necessary a thesis/dissertation).

Sometimes it's hard to get your hands on data so I'd start by asking yourself what kind of data you will be able to obtain (I'm guessing you want free data.) Then you can tailor your project to the resources you have available.
