Exams vs. VEE

I am considering a career change into the Actuarial field, and am curious about the VEE. I did not take any VEE-related courses in college, so will have to take them all.

Will potential employers care about these VEE requirements initially, or only about exams passed? Should I worry about doing the VEE requirements first, before trying the exams, or just focus on the exams?

They're both important, but I'd focus on exams first. Passing exam P will give you a good chance of not getting your resumé tossed in the trash pile.
