About Exam FM/2 in May 2006

    Hi everyone,

Does anyone know that if they will change the syllabus for exam FM in May 2006?? I would like to buy a study guide but i am thinking about they might change the syllabus because P/1 exam just did, and those study guides might change to a new verison. Do you'll think Actex is a very good study guide??

    Thank you very much!!

Exam P just changed? How do you mean? I don't believe it's changed since the May 2005 sitting. And there's no proposed changes to the May 2006 FM sitting from the May or November sitting from 2005. But, if you use a manual for "Course 2" from 2004 or before, then you'll most likely have a lot of information you don't need, since the old Course 2 used to cover Economics and Finance, as well as Interest Theory.

Yeah, that was my mistake. P/1 exam didn't change the syllabus, they just eliminated the calculas part. Thank you for all of your inforamtion.
