    CAS 3L or SOA MLC

Hi everyone, as the title says, I'm deciding which exam to take since I'm pretty sure that I'll be working on the P&C side. My understanding is that though MLC incorporates more materials, the CAS one will be more useful for working in the P&C industry. If so, it might be worth it for me to take 3L despite the fact that MLC counts for both exams. Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks.

I have taken MLC and I would have to say that judging from the released 3L exam, MLC is generally harder mathematically. But I also have to say that it seems as though the syllabus for 3L is huge.
