I have 4 soa exams and no job. Trust me, who ever is reading this, SOA has become like AIMR, the board of directors are passing too many people and advertising the financial rewards to make money. I think the current decision makers are there to make money. Where do you think all this money is going of those writing the exams now? ... to the decision makers and the decision makers will continue to advertise the financial rewards and pass to many candidates until they become rich. Again the number writing course 1 was 1900 in 2000, now it's 6500 and the number of insurance companies is the same and are combining operation to reduce cost and hence the number of actuaries.
