Unfortunately every single text mentioned on the SOA site is vitally important for this exam. In addition a good chunk of the exam is on the study notes listed by SOA. DO NOT skip these. If there was one text mentioned that is least needed/redundent it would probably be Valuation of Interest Sensitive Financial Instruments. If you don't study this text, hope and pray that they don't ask a question on one of the more advanced interest trees. Goodluck, Exam 6 is a bear of a test.
