SEAC Golf Tournament Registration

Play an 18 hole, 4 person "Step-aside" scramble (Captain's Choice) with a shotgun start at 1:00 p.m. Box lunches, including a drink, will be provided. The cost is $47 per person, which includes green fees, cart fees, range balls and taxes. Payment is due at the golf course (Visa, MC, and cash accepted) and will NOT be billable to your room. Please note on this form if rental clubs are needed.

The cut-off date for registration in the golf tournament is May 31st. Cancellations must be provided within at least 24 hours notice prior to start of tournament. Otherwise, golfer is still responsible for golf fee.
