View Full Version : Internship Compensation

I am about to submit an online application form (for an actuarial internship) that I need to fill out before my interview on Monday. It asks for a salary requirement. It has the $ sign with a field, that accepts all characters, followed by either per year, per month, or per hour. I'm not familiar with average compensation for internship. Is there a LOW number I can use to be careful, or should type in "open," even though it would like this: "$ open per hour"

Should just leave the field blank, since it is not required?

Yes, leave it blank.
