I used ASM for Exam 1/P and found it prepared me extremely well. I would like a similar manual for the second exam, however, I have absolutely no background in any of the topics covered for the second exam. Which one will better prepare me for the exam? I like Dr. O's style, but I have heard really great things about ASM. Also, do you think one manual is enough to get me by if I have no background? Thanks.

i'd personally go with 2 manuals. while i haven't taken FM yet, i used 2 manuals for P (one of them was Dr. O's), and i'll certainly be doing that for FM as well.

I learned more from Dr. O's questions.
