since Exam MFE gives you credit for both SOA and CAS (and since you aren't in a certain field yet), i'd recommend taking that.

Also, I think "C" gives the credit for both. Isn't it?

so wat should be next?exam MFE or exam C or sumthing else?Is there any other certification except for these exams that is worth giving?

Also the next MFE is in May 08,so is it possible for me to register for both Exam C and Exam MFE to utilise this time?or would it be too much?anyone has experience in this?

Also wat about exam MLC?when does one give that?
    thanks in advance

wouldn't taking too many (>2) exams hurt you when you look for a job? I posted this question in a subforum here and they said so. I am just wondering... Anybody can help?

i don't believe that MLC is jointly sponsored.

yes, it is possible to register for both MFE and C at the same time. i personally wouldn't recommend it, though. i know that C is extremely hard. i'd recommend focusing on one exam at a time.

i don't think passing 3 exams is "too many". passing 4-5 before your first job probably is.

Smile How hard is C exam?

It is mostly statistics, if you have background in statistics it is actually not hard at all.
