None of them are pre-req of the other right? So I can take C before MFE/MLC?
Thanks.

That is correct.
Do you guys read the information on the SOA Website?
I dont think you are going to do well in the exams if you ask these dumb questions.
Get into the habit of doing analytic reading...its not only about doing calcalations.

could i ask something...
are the workload for MLC and C same?
Depends on your background? They are both huge and approx. the same in size. C is done in chunks i.e. you can probably understand random chapters (in a study manual) on C and do just fine i.e. you don't need to know goodness of fit to understand Buhlmann Straub Credibility. MLC is designed to build on itself, you need to understand the prior stuff to get the latter material. You can probably get away with not understanding Markov Chains and Poisson Processes and still understand Reserves for example but MLC can test Reserves by making it a Markov Chain problem.
Hi,
I hope you don't mind if I ask here under this thread, rather than starting a new thread and asking similar question...
If one decides to choose whether to take MFE or C (assuming one has passed MLC, P and FM) this May, what do you suggest? I believe there will be changes in the syllabus for MFE and C this coming November.
