Is it ok to discuss questions from the November sitting yet?
no, the test is still open.
When shall we discuss nov 08 exam questions. I'm eagerly waiting for it. Are the exams still going on???????
:coolman:
did anyone take the P1 exam on the 24th of nov. and does any one know if there is any way to get the exam questions of the nov exam now.
The only way to get the Nov08 exam questions is through SOA/CAS, If they decide to release this exam in future. Otherwise you have to discuss about the questions of this exam after the exam is closed worldwide & see how much other exam takers can recall from their memory.

OTHERS TO BREAK RECORDS.:coolman:
ohh ok. Cos i did take it on 24th and i felt it was quite tough. So was just wondering if anyone had the same thought
If you read the instructions sent to you, and available online, you will see that disclosing the contents of the exam to another person (rule 12 under examination discipline) is prohibited. Additionally you agreed to confidentiality which included the following:
"Disclosure or reproduction of any portion of an Actuarial Exam to any entity or individual for any purpose whatsoever is prohibited."
A whole lot of AO members must be getting failed notices then. Then again Bruce does visit that forum rather often and seems indifferent to people talking about specific exam questions on any and all exams. The only exception that he seems to have is when people try to reproduce the exam i.e. question 1 was ..., question 2 was ... and I believe there is one of those threads around on MLC forums.
If the SOA enforces this, yes, they should get failed notices.
Would you be willing to take that risk with your career?
If you were a professional and signed a nondisclosure agreement what do you think would happen if you violated it?
