    A Monk says HI!

Hello everyone. I am a graduate math student at OSU. Most of my life I have been set on teaching math for a living. I've always enjoyed solving problems, and helping people through the mire of mathematics. Over this last summer I was able to teach my first math class, Trigonometry! Most of the students were great, but some of them were not very motivated. It was hard feeling like I was forcing students to do the work rather then helping them. Also it was hard giving a few people bad grades.

Since then I have been looking into different careers. The actuary job sounds like a perfect fit for someone who enjoys mathematics and problem solving. So far I have passed Exam P, and have started studying for Exam FM. I am really enjoying the math behind the exams!

    Anyway, Hello Everyone!
