Experience With Toastmasters?

I keep seeing posts on here about the importance of communication skills. I have several years experience as a customer service rep. I basically deal with initially :madguy: people and resolve their problem or explain the policy without escalating the situation.
I have no experience making presentations or interviewing for a professional job. Do you think Toastmasters would be a good organization to join? Thank You :smiloe:

I would say yes. I have no experience with them myself but know people who swear by them. Good practice plus networking.
