I'm a little confused about the FAP Modules

I have done research on the FAP Modules, but I'm still very confused. I keep finding information that contradicts other things I have heard.

When can I start the module, do I need to pass a certain amount of exams?
    How much does it cost?

I would like any information you can give, preferably no links and telling me "look here"

    thanks

I would pass the first 4 (or even 5), then take it. It will allow you the comfort of having 4 exams under your belt, which is enough to land a great job.

I mean, it can't hurt to delay the FAP, but it can hurt to delay exams (promotions, job offers, etc.).

But yes, you can take FAP before any exams, but why would you?

I would try this analogy: Exams are hurdles, Fap is a speedbump.

    Exams first!!! Don't overwhelm yourself

You can take any exam in any order, etc. etc. The only "exception" is that to get credit for VEE you must have at least 2 exams passed.

As far as costs... why wouldn't you go on soa.org and search for that? I can understand not wanting links but this is basic research that as an actuary you should know how to do.

That was not me being a smartass, rather it was helpful advice which you may choose not to take. Does not affect in any way in any case
