    question

    I think what I need is to understanding the concepts of each chapters. I understand the solutions of the questions, but I can't do the new questions all right when there is a new question each time. Can someone help me with that? Can BPP help me to understand better or David Revelle online seminar? PLease if you know it, respond me back. Thank you

    Not sure what the bolded part is supposed to mean. But if you say you don't understand the concepts in each chapter then you def. don't understand the solutions, you might have seen them so many times that you memorized them but that does not equate to understanding. Have you looked at ASM?

    Have you studied the notes? If you can't solve each new questions, that might hint that you do not understand the concepts. The questions are always twisted in a way that the candidate might find hard to answer if there is no solid grasp on the concepts.

    Thank you

    It seems like you know my problem. When you talked about the notes. What exactly is that? Could you explain that to me more? I went through every single questions but some how maybe I missed something in there. Could you give me more information and teach me what to do?

    I refer to either:

    1. The textbooks suggested by SOA;
    2. Any study manual for the exam

    Both of them can be purchased at www.actuarialbookstore.com or www.actexmadriver.com
