You can sign up for every exam at once if you wanted...so the answer is yes!... I always thought it would be funny to wait until after you completed all the exams to do the other requirements so you only got an FSA and never an ASA; however, with how employers bump your salary for your first designation, you'd really be cheating yourself out of money that way.

If you got your ASA and FSA at the same time...then it would happen simultaneosly. If that's not the case, then I don't really know (or care).
To rahim: just get your ASA and then FSA, but if you want to sign up for an FSA exam befre completing all of your ASA requirements you can.
