Can I post this on my resume?

MIT offers free online courses at http://ocw.mit.edu/index.htm.

They have many economics and mathematics courses. Can I put the courses I've taken via this website on my resume? If so, how would you word it?

Having been unemployed for a while, I don't want employers thinking I've done absolutely nothing in my time off. I think these courses could be a good addition to my resume. What do you think?

List the courses after formal education. Perhaps MIT (online - nonmatriculated) would work.
