Two weeks ago, I had a phone interview with one huge insurance company. (I really want to work for it). I was told I would get a feedback after one week. However, it has been two weeks but I have not got any response. Is it possible that they have forgotten me forever?

Maybe it's a good time for a follow up call. If they have forgotten you, you will remind them. If they have decided against you, you can't hurt your chances, so you may as well give them a call.

If they haven't made a decision yet, the way you call may affect your chances. You could mention that you appreciated the phone interview with them, and you're just checking in to see if more progress has been made on their decision, and you look forward to hearing any updates. If you sound positive and non-demanding, it shouldn't be a problem to follow up. Good luck.

Sounds good. This Monday I sent an Letter of Intent to them, I guess I would make a call next Monday if there's still nothing coming in this week.
