    Resume Advice

Edit - I realize I should have included a question mark in the title

After having passed my second exam, it's time to start applying for a job. Should I include a cover letter? Here's what I've got so far:

    1) You should replace your name in this file. It's not that hard to find
    2) You should state which exams you've passed and which exams you are planning on sitting for and when.
    3) Your bullet points under Education are redundant. I'm also not sure what you mean by you earned 80 credit hours, does that mean you didn't graduate?
    4) Under experience, if you can put some numbers around what benefit you brought to the company - for example Increased sales by 20%.
    5) Personally your ranking of "excellent" for customer service skills, time management or problem solving skills... be prepared to really justify what makes you above everyone else (to me that's what "excellent" means).

I might also consider including a statement as to what you are looking for. Your resume is probably on par with that of interns that I've seen but as far as full time... you may be behind the curve. Be open / prepared to relocate.
