Professor Broverman, should not the last term of the partial likelihood function be simply (e^beta)/(3+e^(beta))^3 as opposed to ((e^beta)^2)/(3+e^(beta))^3? Two who "die" are apart of the low risk population, the baseline group, and the other who "dies" is apart of the high risk population, so that's why I thought the term in question should not include the (e^beta)^2 term, but rather a (1^2) term.

Thank you for all of your questions posted thus far; these are really a great help.
