No!!!!!!!!
There are not currently exemptions from exams simply by having a degree.
There are three subjects called "VEE" - Validation by Education and Experience for which specific college courses MAY grant exemptions. I suggest you go to the Society of Actuaries Website (www.soa.org) and read up on those.
