Virtually every consulting company has an office in Chicago. Have you checked Buck Consultants, Towers Perrin, Watson Wyatt, MIlliman?

Yeah, I have looked at those also. I was looking for some smaller companies that I may not have heard of but also have actuarial needs... Thanks a lot for your help though...
