    Will MFE be Computer Based?

I have taken FM this november. I have heard from someone that MFE will now be offered through CBT and will be held four times a year?

    Is this true?

Pls suggest the best study manual for MFE!

The goal of the SOA is to make each preliminary exam computer based in the near future (near as in 5+ years I guess...). They also want to reduce travel time so they will try to offer every exam more often as well.

Not familiar how often the exam is administered each year that's why I'm asking. Maybe there's a February 2011? Anyway thanks.
