Acturial jobs in India after SOA ?

Hi,

I wanted to know if there are acturial jobs in India after passing SOA exams ( P and FM ). all the oppurtunities speak of US. but i dont think someone can directly be recruited there in Us from india.
Please provide your suggestions and guidance? This is important for me before taking up the exams.

Yes, there are employers, who hire SOA candidates but many other like insurance companies prefer IAI candidates. Getting a job in US based on SOA exams, without any experience is very difficult, if not impossible.
