What are exams 100, 110 and 140 called now?

I passed some exams back in 1990/1991:
100 - Calculus
110 - Probabilty
140 - Theory of interest

What are these called under today's system?
Who would have records of my exam history?
Do they track the actual scores or just pass/fail?
What exam should I study for next? (I am interested in P&C)
Is there a good resource to refresh some of my old skills before moving on to the next exam?
Are there any resources available to help offset costs of study materials and exam fees? i.e. study materials available through a public or private library etc.

you could check www.soa.org for conversion credits. i think you should go for Exam 3 given by CAS, because its different with Exam MLC by soa. Online transcript is also available at the soa website, and grades are shown. However I dont know if until what year they are giving. Like for me my grades since 2002 are there.

After conversion you should have credit for exams P and FM (CAS 1 and 2).
