I am not sure, where you buy it in India. But you can order online and they will deliver it to any country. I hope you know the websites. If not here are the couple you can check and I found Dr. Ostaszewski's manual is the best one.

Are you sure? I think most of the people like ASM best for Exam P. I believe the author is Dr. O for ASM (Exam P). I like the Dr. O's manual best. I do not think any other author has those many exams in their manual. If you want you can check his sample questions on this website. He posts one question every week.

Yes, you can get delivery in India but the postal charges are too high, around 30% of the cost of manual.
