Lets say, i have passed 3 exams, all done in Malaysia, can i apply for a job in Canada? Do employers there take international workers? Can someone fill me in with the procedures or experience or anything related to it? Thanks a lot!

I'm Canadian, you will need a work permit to work here, but I don't really know much more about requirements to work in Canada so I suggest you visit this site http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/index.asp , hope this helps!
I think you have to submit your resume online or e-mail your resume to the companies. Then, you wait for an interview. However, it's gonna be harder nowadays with the economy crisis and tighten immigration policies. Also, only some companies are willing to sponsor working visa for foreigners.
