As an Actuarial Consultant, you will use your analytical expertise to help healthcare providers navigate industry transformation through data-driven insights. This fully remote role offers the opportunity to influence healthcare outcomes nationwide. Responsibilities include analyzing complex healthcare data, conducting quantitative assessments of claims and costs, and developing client-facing reports. You'll support client engagements through clear communication and project coordination, while applying critical thinking and taking ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of at least one actuarial exam
• 2+ years of actuarial experience
• Experience with medical and pharmacy claims data, including cost structures and coding systems
• Proficiency in SQL and/or SAS
• Solid Excel skills, including use of formulas, charts, and graphs
• Demonstrated ability to learn and apply new software tools independently
• Demonstrated initiative in conducting new analyses with minimal guidance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Background in consulting or the healthcare industry
• Demonstrated solid analytical, organizational, and critical thinking abilities

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
