Description
Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstHumana's Early Identification program (or Early ID) has been developed for current first - year college students from diverse communities who are entering into their second year in Fall 202 6 and interested in exploring career pathways with Humana. This 2-day on-site , immersive, development program from July 2 0 to July 2 2 will be hosted at our headquarters in Louisville , Kentucky .
During th is experience, students will have the opportunity to participate in various professional development courses to develop analytical, leadership and communication skills , gain exposure to core working areas of our business like Information Technology and Actuarial Science , engage in networking sessions and panels highlighting our Network Resource G roups, early career opportunities, and our commitment to diversity, equity, & inclusion , and exposure to all that Louisville has to offer through social and tourist events .
Student s must be available to travel to Louisville during the program dates and participate each day during normal business hours ( All costs associated with the program like t ravel, hotel, and meals will be covered by Humana).
We are looking for students who h ave interest in the following areas:
Actuarial Science :
- Medicare Growth Analytics
- Risk and Compliance
- Co r porate Actuarial Valuation
- Analytics & Forecasting
I nformation Technology :
- Application Development
- Artificial Intelligence
- Cloud Engineering
- Cybersecurity
- Data/Analytics/Data Minin g
- Full Stack Engineer ing

Required Qualifications :
- E nrolled as a first -year student in an undergraduate program with a graduation date of Spring or Summer 2029 and hold sophomore year status in Fall 202 6
- P ursuing a bachelor's degree in actuarial science , m athematics, e conomics, c omputer s cience, i nformation s ystems or other related degrees
- Available to attend Humana's Early ID Program in-person in Louisville from July 2 0 to July 2 2 , 2026
- Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have e xcellent communication skills
- Be interested in healthcare
- Have a strong academic record
- Demonstrated on-c ampus and community involvement
- Have an entrepreneurial spirit and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
